1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the jl686 website, mobile platform, games, account services, payment features, bonuses, and any other services offered by jl686 (collectively, the "Service"). 3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on jl686. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jl686 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. jl686 is not responsible for any third-party charges applied to your transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jl686 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all jl686 bonuses:

6 Game Rules and Fairness

7 Prohibited Conduct

9 Limitation of Liability
